Tube laser cutting
Tube laser cutting has completely revolutionized the design of metal structures.
At LASER GALICIA, we have invested in the technology TRULASER TUBE 7000 fiber which allows the manufacturing of complex geometries that significantly reduce the assembling and welding times, therefore, increasing the rigidity and quality of the structure.
Additionally, the technology TRULASER TUBE 7000 fiber includes a technology package for tapping on the machine(FLOW DRILL) that using an NC-controlled spindle unit is able to do processes like, twist drilling, thread cutting, flow drilling and tapping.

These types of machines can also work with commercial laminated profiles, making the custom metal manufacturing with these types of materials much quicker and reliable.
The option of bevel cuts up to 45° widens, even more, the design capacities and enables the saving in welding times, since it gives the designer the possibility of selecting the characteristics of the contact surfaces.
